This training course will help tourism service providers develop the necessary understanding and expertise to support establishing, implementing, managing and maintaining an effective ATS management system. The ATSMS encourages providers to analyse their adventure tourism activities, understand participants’ requirements, define the processes that ensure safety, and keep these processes under control. With increased focus on tourism safety globally, this course prepares tourism providers to fulfil the need to provide an effective framework towards continual improvement in safety performance, contributing to the delivery of safe adventure tourism activities.
