Steps For Training Online Registration
Follow the steps below to register training programs
Step 1
Select Training Programme
Click ENROL for the training programme you wish to register for. Please check the programme details (date, venue, fee, and description) before enrolling.
Step 2
Receive Email Confirmation of Application
Participant will receive an email to confirm the application has been received. The email will include the following details:
- Course title
- New Terms and Conditions by HRDF
- Guidelines for Online Learning by HRDF
- HRDF Training Grant Application Form download link
- NIOSHCert’s training coordinator details
Step 3
Receive Confirmation of Participation
Participant will receive an email to confirm their participation once registration is verified. The email will include the following details:
- Verification of participants registration details
- Confirmed training date and detailss.
Step 4
WhatsApp Group Invitation
NIOSHCert’s training coordinator will connect with the confirmed participants for details arrangements. This can include:
- Course detailed programme
- Zoom invitation link
- Zoom Cloud Meetings Guidelines
Step 5
Training Days
Participants attend the course in two different modes – online learning, and/or physical classroom learning.
Note: Details of attendance, graduation date and status, payment status, and e-certificate generation will be updated in FLEX
Step 6
E-Certificate
Training coordinators will advise participants on the availability of the e-certificate, and provide guidelines to download in the WhatsApp group.
Step 7
Evaluation/Feedback
Participants may provide feedback on the training programme either by using the online feedback form available at www.nioshcert.com, or email to the training coordinator.
