Impartiality Policy

NIOSH Certification is responsible for the impartiality of its conformity assessment activities and does not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise impartiality. NIOSH Certification is committed and understands the importance of impartiality in carrying out the management systems certification, verification activities, the conflict of interest and ensuring the objectivity of it.

NIOSH Certification (“NIOSHCert”) shall endeavor to achieve excellence in managing a sustainable healthy, safe, and conducive working environment for all employees and interested parties involved in or affected by its operation while considering regulatory requirements and relevant national and international standards. The safety and health of the employees and interested parties, including clients and business partners, are of utmost priority and have become the foundation of success for NIOSHCert.
NIOSH Certification (“NIOSHCert”) is committed to a professional and sustainable governance framework in operating its business activities based on the ‘Five Ps’ of the SDGs. The ‘Five Ps’ – People, Planet, Prosperity, Peace, and Partnership are fundamental to being a responsible corporate company with resilience and a robust business model embedded in NIOSHCert’s business management plan. NIOSHCert shall gain credibility through the effort based on sustainable development for its business continuity and appropriately manage its social, economic, and environmental impacts and other business risks while focusing on growth and development with confidence.

NIOSH Certification (“NIOSHCert”) has adopted a zero-tolerance policy for breaches of national regulatory obligations and laws and is against all forms of bribery and corruption. NIOSHCert firmly supports the national anti-bribery and anti-corruption effort by establishing and upholding good corporate governance while continuously conducting its business in its day-to-day operations honestly, ethically, and professionally. All related parties involved with the company’s business must uphold the highest standard of integrity and accountability to ensure this policy’s full compliance with the following commitments, including areas covered under this policy.

NIOSH Certification (“NIOSHCert”) is committed to preserving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and upholding stringent information security to meet business needs to effectively deliver strategic goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements thriving reputation. Therefore, NIOSHCert shall ensure an appropriate information security framework to safeguard access and apply a risk management process that gives confidence to interested parties that information-related risks, including personal data, are adequately managed. Besides, it protects the company against security problems that may adversely impact its operation or professional standing with the information security management system in place. All related parties involved in the company’s business must uphold the highest standard of integrity and accountability to ensure full compliance with this policy.
NIOSH Certification (“NIOSHCert”) promotes good business conduct and maintains a healthy corporate culture engenders integrity, transparency, professionalism, and fairness in all business activities. As part of good corporate governance, NIOSHCert establishes this whistleblowing policy that identifies avenues for objectively investigating and addressing legitimate concerns. This policy applies to all employees and related interested parties to disclose any irregularity, improper conduct, or about to be committed within NIOSHCert. NIOSHCert commits to ensuring that all disclosures are treated with strict confidence and confidentiality and without any risk of reprisal.

We committed to The National Anti-Corruption Plan (NACP) in promoting transparency, accountability and integrity culture in every Malaysians through our conformity assessment and training services for ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management Systems.
